Dr. Schenker studies occupational and environmental health, with a special interest in migrant populations. His study areas include risk factors for respiratory disease and lung cancer; health hazards of agricultural exposures, including heat illness, respiratory and pesticide risks; occupational reproductive hazards; and diabetes and obesity prevention in Latino populations.
